We have a few models of regranulation lines on offer, from one with the output of about 120kg/h, which can be used by plastic film manufacturers to recycle waste from production, to an industrial type model with the output of 1000kg/h. The recommended cascade lines have been designed especially for the processing of the following materials: with a high degree of contamination; moist; with a majority of surface covered with print ink.
Owing to the processes of double filtration and degasification on the first extruder and during conveying to the second extruder, we are able to produce very clean plastic with excellent plasticizing characteristics. The equipment allows for continuous production due to screen replacement possibility without stopping the machine. Moreover, the equipment is compact and designed in such way to reduce the machine footprint and the utility area.
